Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SATHustle, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission, especially before subscribing to a paid plan.

One account per person. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Creating multiple accounts to farm referral rewards, evade a suspension, or otherwise game the platform is a violation of these terms.

Paid plans (Hustler, Unlimited) renew automatically for the billing period you choose, until you cancel. Billing is handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase — your receipt and any tax charged comes from Paddle, not SATHustle directly. You can cancel anytime from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Promotional discounts (like a welcome offer) apply only under the terms shown when you claim them and don't carry over to renewals unless stated otherwise. Refund requests are handled case by case — email us.

You agree not to:

• Cheat in ranked duels or practice (using another person, tool, or account to answer for you).
• Harass, abuse, or post inappropriate content on your profile or toward other users.
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or manipulate referral rewards.
• Attempt to access another user's account or disrupt the platform's operation.

Other users can report violations, and we review every report — see our Partners page for how referral rewards specifically are protected. Violations may result in a warning, a paused account, a banned account, or a revoked subscription. Every one of those actions is reversible — if we get it wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

Coach Hustly is an AI assistant, not a human tutor. It can make mistakes — always sanity-check important explanations, especially close to test day. Don't send anyone else's personal information into the chat.

SATHustle's questions, lessons, design, and code are our property or licensed to us. Your own content (bio, profile comments) stays yours, but by posting it you let us display it within the platform as intended (e.g. on your public profile).

We may pause or suspend an account for violating these terms, as described in Section 5. You can stop using SATHustle and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

SATHustle is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee any specific score improvement, uninterrupted uptime, or that the platform will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, SATHustle isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
